We exchanged contracts on the house we chose six months later in early March 2024. An important satisfaction factor was that Simone from HS Estates was very helpful throughout in keeping us fully informed of the issues that arose, via email and personal calls, without this attention to their buyer we would have been reluctant to stay the course.
