Richie has shown tremendous willingness and patience in showing us round the property twice, giving us plenty of time and space and never hurrying us. Also coming out to the property on several occasions to allow inspections and tests to take place, all of which have helped us hugely working at a distance from Cambridge.
Simone has been a steady and endlessly positive source of comfort to us when circumstances beyond our control have become increasingly difficult and frustrating of late. We cannot thank her enough for all the support she has given us, both written and verbal. She is also a great enabler, working tirelessly to work through problems and come up with immediate solutions. We are very grateful for all those extra miles that she took -- many others in a similar situation would not have done so.
Also a mention too for Corran who always deals with all enquiries with cheerfulness and efficiency.
We would not hesitate to recommend HS-Estate Agents to others. Only sad that at the moment we don't have any family or friends thinking of moving! But the time will come....
